• No refunds are provided once a plan is purchased
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Data Recovery Disclaimer

Important: While our software is designed to recover lost data, we cannot guarantee that all data can be recovered. Data recovery success depends on various factors including the cause of data loss, time elapsed, and storage device condition.

We recommend:

• Stopping use of the affected storage device immediately
• Creating a backup before attempting recovery

• Understanding that overwritten data may be permanently lost

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nibble Tech Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages resulting from data loss or corruption
